R&R Maintenance Package
We quoted a package of $3,980 USD for 199 hours in order to maintain and handle updates to the R&R page ever since we converted it from Azure into PHP. We received a 50% down payment ($1,600 USD) and as of now there's 80 hours remaining.
R&R Web Hosting
The site is now hosted on our AWS server account since November 2024. No payment has been made yet and our standard hosting is $69 per month. For 1 year prepaid, it would be $828 USD to cover til October 2025.
Proposed Solution
Since the R&R page has minimal activity, we propose converting some of your remaining hours to cover the hosting fee. Here's how that breaks down:

$828 hosting fee / $20/hour = 41.4 hours
We’ll deduct 41 hours from your balance to cover the 1-year hosting, leaving you with 39 hours for future updates or requests.
From your end, the remaining balance of the maintenance package would be the second installment of $1,990 USD.
