Bayard UK Migration

This payment covers the following:
  1. Move the files to a server that Bayard UK will provide. 
  2. Redirect tesco.bayard-magazines.co.uk to the new server. We will need access to modify their DNS records.
  3. Perform testing to ensure that the migration worked. They need to provide us a voucher code that we can use for testing.
